Who are

Based in Northern Ireland, they specialise in curating and delivering expertly researched training, events, and eLearning solutions. Their services go beyond compliance checklists - they offer strategic insight that supports better workplace decision-making and reduces risk. With a team of legal researchers, content specialists, and event experts, Legal Island empowers organisations to foster fair, inclusive, and legally sound workplaces.

THE
CHALLENGE
Although they understood the benefits a CRM can offer, they lacked the internal experience to implement a system like HubSpot effectively and efficiently.
Their current data setup had customer data scattered across spreadsheets and disconnected systems, creating inefficiencies and siloed data across departments. This made it difficult to manage leads, nurture prospects and deliver a comprehensive customer experience.
Furthermore, Legal Island were developing a new website in Craft CMS, complete with a self-service portal called 'The Hub', which required seamless integrations with their chosen CRM. Without a unified CRM and data system in place, they couldn't properly track their different revenue streams and didn't have a 'single view of customer'.

OUR
Approach
We began with a comprehensive discovery phase to fully understand their business needs, pain points, and goals. From there, we designed a tailored HubSpot implementation roadmap that consolidated their customer data, aligned to their sales and marketing processes, and integrated seamlessly with their new Craft CMS website and customer portal.
But this project was more than a standard integration - Legal Island’s team wanted to take ownership of the CRM, so we prioritised hands-on training and upskilling throughout the engagement. We carefully mapped user groups, analysed system usage, and designed targeted training sessions that combined technical guidance with strategic advice.
The Craft CMS integration was delivered in partnership with Legal Island’s website developer, ensuring two-way data flow between the website, the portal, and HubSpot to enable more advanced capabilities such as transactional emails, lead-nurturing workflows, and real-time customer insights.
Across 14 months, the approach was flexible, collaborative, and heavily focused on ensuring Legal Island could maximise HubSpot’s potential.

The
Results
Legal Island now benefits from a fully integrated HubSpot CRM aligned with their Craft CMS website and customer portal.
We have delivered a single source of truth across multiple revenue streams and a more structured sales pipeline to better manage leads. As Jayne puts it:
“The integration of HubSpot with our website has helped us better track leads and organise customer interactions in one place - it’s been a positive step forward towards improving our efficiencies.”
Following our structured training plan, Legal Island's team now has the capability to manage and evolve their CRM independently, setting a strong foundation to scale and grow using HubSpot CRM.
