Filmed episodes of The Factory in which David Brent look alike Tim Oliver goes on his ‘quest for the perfect ERP solution’ formed the centrepiece of the concept. A completely different, more engaging way of showing case studies, each episode features K3 customers and employees to demonstrate the benefits of K3’s ERP software.

As well as increasing web traffic by over 400% and differentiating the company from its competition, the campaign consolidated customer relationships and helped build the sales team’s morale.
